Isobaric chemical tagging strategies using Thermo Scientific™ Tandem Mass Tags™ (TMT™) are powerful tools for studying global protein dynamics within a cell, tissue, or an organism. The primary advantage of the tags is their ability to simultaneously identify and quantify proteins in multiple sample sets in a single liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis.
