Enabling improvements in multi-residue analysis
Veterinary drugs, widely administered to animals to ensure animal welfare, must be screened for in food products at the maximum residue limits set by global regulatory agencies. "Universal" large veterinary drug residue methods are challenging to develop because generic column, mobile phase, and sample preparation conditions are applied to the screening of samples, which contain diverse chemical classes at wide ranging concentrations in various tissue matrices.
