Protein Adsorption and Recovery Using a Novel Filter Device

lt-claristep-6105-Social
Biopharmaceutical samples often contain insoluble particles like cell debris or protein aggregates that can damage analytical instruments by blocking capillaries of auto-samplers of analytical devices or chromatography columns. Filtration of these particles can achieve absolute particle removal, but the sample volumes on typical syringe filters are often too large for small-scale experiments.
